RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed through liaurevane.shop, operated by RIDLEY'S LANDSCAPE & IRRIGATION, INC.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible returns are free. Before sending an item back, email kowkinsen93@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label when applicable. Please wait for those instructions before mailing anything.

Return Condition

Items should be unused or unworn and include original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation. We may decline items showing wear, damage, odor, washing, alteration, or missing parts, except when defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

Gift cards, personalized or made-to-order products, delivered digital products, perishable goods, opened hygiene-sensitive items, and items marked final sale are generally not returnable unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in the United States, United Kingdom, or your place of residence.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, email kowkinsen93@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 7 calendar days. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may provide a replacement or full refund without additional return cost.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If an approved refund has not appeared after that period, email kowkinsen93@outlook.com.

Shipping and Taxes

Orders with a merchandise total greater than US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. Any shipping charge for orders at or below US$30 will be shown at checkout before payment. We do not request separate tax or import-duty payment at delivery; where applicable, those amounts are included in the checkout total or paid by us, subject to law. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by applicable law.
