Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 20–45 calendar days. Customs, weather, carrier capacity, holidays, and other unexpected events may extend the estimate.
Is shipping free?
Orders with a merchandise total greater than US$30 qualify for free standard shipping. Any shipping charge for an order at or below US$30 is shown at checkout before payment.
How long does a refund take?
After an eligible return is received and approved, we normally issue the refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
How do I get tracking or report a lost package?
Email kowkinsen93@outlook.com with your order number to request available tracking information or report a delay. If a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to availability and applicable law.
